I am very hard-working, a true perfectionist and have a huge passion for makeup and all things beauty. One thing I love about my job the most is making my clients feel even more beautiful and confident in their skin. I feel extremely grateful that I am able to meet so many lovely people and make their lives easier, improve their confidence and be part of their special days/events.

Chlomu Beauty offers a range of services from makeup, eyelashes and brows. In the week you will find me creating gorgeous, high-quality sets of lashes, fleeky brows and on the weekends I am picking up the makeup brushes either in my cabin or at a wedding!

I absolutely love all the services Chlomu Beauty offers, I am always working hard on my skills to make myself and the business to be the best it possibly can be.

Chlomu Beauty is based in Tollesbury, Essex. I work in my own home salon where I offer a comfortable, very relaxing and luxury environment. I have air-con and cosy heating making it comfortable to be in all year round.

History of Chlomu Beauty

2017

Chlomu Beauty started it’s journey on Instagram by just enjoying makeup, the process and outcome.

2018

A hobby turned into a passion and I wanted to turn this into something exciting. I trained with London School of Makeup and qualified as a makeup artist.

2019

Since qualifying I am always working on my makeup skills by completing masterclasses and various different courses.

Once qualified I started another new journey with my business, Lash Extensions. I trained with Tatti Lashes in Liverpool. September 2019 I qualified and started University at Norwich University of The Arts studying Graphic Communication.

2020

Whilst studying, Chlomu beauty was in full force with lashes and makeup. In 2020, I started up in the wedding industry (what a year to start up in!). Even though it was in the middle of a pandemic I worked on serval styled shoots and micro-weddings. Since 2020, I have been working hard on my portfolio, working on weddings either solo or with other amazing MUAs.

2021

I trained and qualified in Russian Lashes with Mr Lash Academy in Earls Colne, Essex.

2022

I finished University in May and soon graduated in July, leaving University with a degree in Graphic Communication. As soon as I finished University I started up Full-Time at Chlomu Beauty!

Once I went full-time I wanted to add another service, Brows! In September, I trained with Lush Lash in Witham, Essex in Wax & Tint and Brow Lamination.

2023

Beginning of the year I trained and qualified in lash lifts with Lush Lash.

I have had a super busy year of weddings and beauty in the cabin.

I have been working hard on the business aspect of my business, investing in product/softwares to level up my services. I have also been back to school and done a masterclass with the talented Jonathan Thorpe, learning all about makeup ingredients and application.

I just want to say, a huge thank you to all my clients and brides for an amazing year. My first full year in the industry being full-time and I am overwhelmed with how successful it’s been. I’ve met some truly beautiful people and have the most gorgeous regular clients, I am so grateful for every single one of you!
